Negative: It took a very long time to do the paperwork. I believe at one point we sat by ourselves for an hour. I had to go twice to remind them that we both had work that evening. I later had an issue with my car and phone not syncing and I found their answers vague/disappointing.

Positive: I got a great vehicle at a great price/rate. Everyone, especially the sales person Dina, was very friendly. I felt valued.
Overall, however, the positives outweigh the negatives and I encourage you to go there. Ask for Dina.
