My boyfriend and I walked in wanting to buy a new car for me. I knew I wanted a Jeep Compass. We walked out with a brand new Jeep Compass AND a brand new Wrangler. Could not have asked for a better experience. Famous was great and Dan was amazing! Justin did everything he could for us! Cannot thank all of them enough. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I went in for an oil change. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I came in contact with said Good Morning. Wynn was very professional. The thank-you card and piece of candy on my dash was a nice touch! My Jeep was done in one hour. A special thanks to the young man that tagged my keys. He was very sweet.
Bashir and Walter were amazing at their jobs! They helped me leave the dealership with my dream car. This is definitely the best dealership around. Cherry Hill and Turnersville did NOTHING for me. The hospitality everyone from the Atlantic Jeep Chrysler Fiat dealership gave me was outstanding. Both Bashir and Walter made me leave with a huge smile on my face and a happy person
It's a joke I still get cold calls asking if i want to do business with them. I bought a 2011 chrysler town and country loaded and new and with only 65k(100k mile warranty) and only one month out of the 5 year warranty transmission blew and they would do NOTHING for me. Not a credit toward the replacement, not a decent trade in value, NOTHING. A soccer mom drives this thing it was a complete manufacturing error. It was a disgrace to Chrysler and a disgrace to this dealership to not back their product because legally they were a month beyond their warranty. Never again will I touch a Chrysler and never would I deal with this dealership. At least their cold calls remind me to leave a review.
I have been to many dealerships in my day. I have owned 83 vehicles in my 67 years. This weekend I purchased my first Jeep Wrangler from a salesman named Jaice. He made the experience incredibly enjoyable, he was very understanding from the moment I sat down until the moment he shook my hand goodbye. I have never had someone be as thorough and thoughtful, you would have sworn we were friends for years by the end of it all. Great staff all around, I do not know why this place has such bad reviews but from now on I will have no issue recommending my own family to this building to purchase a car. I got great service, a great price and had a great time. Off to the trails I go!
