Justin made the car buying process a pleasure instead of a pain. He worked around my schedule, listened to my wants, and was able to get me a vehicle at a reasonable price. Worth the visit if shopping for a vehicle.
Bennett Chevrolet charges much more for their parts and labor, however they don't have any experienced mechanics. Their machanics have no clue. However every one in their office/showroom were great.
Went in for my oil change on Mon 27th. During my oil change my door got dinged. Shelly took care of everything. I brought my car back on Thursday and they gave me a nice loaner. By 4pm she called me to say my car was done. I drove to Bennett and my car looked like nothing happened. Excellent customer service and followup service from Sofia.
I had an apt yesterday at 8am and was there till 2:00pm... 6 hours. I was there to get an oil change, brakes changed, and a sensor replaced and ended up paying $700. I feel extremely ripped off, along with a wasted Saturday. Paying for extra coverage for my vehicle has saved me relatively no money, along with dealing with a crappy service. I will never come back for basic services, and certainly not mechanical issues. The people were extremely accommodating and nice and apologetic and I’m not upset with them at all. I’m frustrated with the “competitive” pricing and time it took to complete the job... I learned my lesson I guess. I don’t know what exactly my 6 year warranty covered since I’ve paid for all services including the two oil changes I’ve had from here, besides one thing yesterday which was a weak signal so the check engine light turned on. Disappointed with the service.
The service department is also amazing. Bob was quick with my accessory order, and made sure I was completely satisfied. They gave me a loaner while installing, and quick to install. I am now a Bennett customer for life.
One star is the lowest I can give otherwise it would be lower! I am a Technician of 22 years and due to lack of time due to family and work life I took my Suburban to Bennett to have the AC looked at. I was told the front fan; which I already replaced, had the plug from the wire harness, had an issue and it ended up being a shorted out fan from another parts retailer. Then I was told the two rear blend door actuators were bad. Not the case! And because of the labor intensive work it was going to cost over $900 dollars! I paid them the $115 dollar diagnosis fee and got my vehicle out of there!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE ME VEHICLE THERE OR BUY A VEHICLE FROME THEM!!! I will continue to work on my own stuff than be taken advantage of the likes of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
