I had such a great experience at this dealership. I got such a good deal. Cathy Oleary was wonderful, honest and caring. What a fantastic saleswoman she is. Everyone here is great. Thanks Robert Russo for getting me great financing.

Either the service department does not care or they are wholly incompetent. I booked a recall service appointment for my truck and I took a day off from work to get it repaired. I arrived to two people manning the service counter. Both look up from their computers and go right back to work, saying nothing. After standing there for a few minutes I walk towards the agent on the right. Another customer comes in, stands in front of the second agent. The second agent looks up and starts to help the second customer. My agent (Mike) finishes up and is finally ready to help. I check-in and find that they did not order the parts needed for the recall repair and that I would need to come back again. Mike was not apologetic in any way. He blamed the person who scheduled the service and that they "don't know anything about" what parts are needed. OK, I tried to get a makeup appointment on a weekend so that I would not need to take off from work again. According to Mike, the 2 hour repair (as per the recall document) is the kind of fix that can only be done on a weekday. I told them to call me when the part came in to schedule the next appointment. So that I didn't waste the entire day, I decided to have an oil change and tires rotated while I was there. A little over 2 hours later I get my truck back, I pay, and head out. On my way home, the tire pressure low notifications are registering on the back two tires. Back to the service department. Again, no apology, no agency. Just - "oh, ok" and he took my keys. I stood there for a bit and he quipped "We'll take it in next". 30 minutes later I get my keys back - this was when I did get a "sorry" - they forgot to reset the pressure sensors after the tire rotation. So, 3 hours, 1 oil change, a lot of frustration, and still no recall repair. On my way out, I told them not to order the part for the recall service and that I'd go to a different dealer for the repair - I will be taking my business elsewhere. I think that the people there either forget that they are Customer Service representatives or they just don't care. It is almost like they hold no stake in any interaction they have. When I made a call to Kindle (the next closest RAM dealer), the person scheduling my service checked their inventory before we made the appointment.

After test drive, they told me that they could give me APR of 5.99% for 72 month. Surprised by the APR range, I understand that I am not going to do any business here. So, trying to be polite, I let them know that I though I can afford this car, but having detailed monthly payments calculations in front of me, I understand that I can not afford this car. Surprisingly, they started to try to give me this feeling that I am poor and I shouldn't waste my time and start to go for cheaper version of cars. Like many other sales managers, the guy was talking a little loudly and I had this feeling that everybody was looking at me at the moment. It was not like very bad for me cause I am not a sensitive guy, but if you care about these kind of stuff being said or implied right into your face in front of other peoples, be careful about this dealership.

Went there to do a test drive on Tucson and Santafe sport.

I had a great time Jimmy Dounoulis was my salesman. I don’t think I would have chosen anyone else to help me. He answered all my question. Let me test drive the car. He was just helpful all around. It was nothing I expected because it was the best. I’m happy I chose Sport Hyundai. This will always be my dealership. Everything was in order, neat and clean. Best experience ever.!!!!

The three star is because of the amazing exterior and interior design of Tucson and Santafe Sport.

I just completed my second purchase with Sport Hyundai and I couldn't be more pleased. Cathy O'Leary helped me through the entire process and I must say, it was painless!
