The car buying process can always be a doozy but 5 stars for Steve! I left BMW about 5 years ago due to poor customer service, but I decided to give it 1 more chance. Steve went above and beyond, was so patient, and followed up with me for weeks after. Steve is pretty much awesome sauce!

I took my car in for the airbags to be changed and had arranged for a loaner car . I was told that my car would be ready in about an hour and if I wanted to wait there was a comfortable lounge area available so that's what I did . Before I knew it my car was done...washed and ready as promised!! Jennifer was the service manager I met with and she was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else.
