I don't even want to give them one star. I booked a 24 ft truck over a month before I needed it to move. I even called the evening before I was scheduled to pick up the truck to confirm everything. Sure enough we show up at the pick up location and they do not have that size truck in fact the woman who works at this pick up location said she never has the large size, so why did they even book it for me? Well budget couldn't answer that question when I called and asked. They said "oh sorry to hear about that, I will call around and see if I can find you another truck in the area. I will call you back it could be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours." I said my moving men are coming I don't have much time.
I never heard back and I didn't receive a phone call at all. I got an email hours later stating they have cancelled my reservation. My family and I had to move that day and we weren't depending on someone completely incompetent to magically come up with a truck so we started calling around to other companies and luckily just 4 wheels was able to help us right away. Call Just 4 Wheels and skip the headache with budget because it appears as most of the calls taken by customer service reps are out of the country!!
