Chris Atoki was a breath of fresh air on this cold, snowy Saturday. My better half and I walked into Mattress Firm not expecting to buy a mattress today as this was our first stop in our search for a new King-sized mattress. Chris listened to our needs and matched us with a mattress we hope we will love and enjoy for at least the next 8-10 years.
We walked in knowing we wanted and needed a king size mattress..... but that was all we knew, my wife and I didn’t know what kind or what was the best value. That’s where Chris came in, he took the time to ask us question about our sleep habits, and then had us lay on a soft, medium and firm to figure out what fit us best. Once we figured out our comfort type he showed us serval ones that fit our budget, he got us an awesome deal and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! He was very funny and easy going but also very informative and professional! I would tell anyone looking to get a new bed to talk to Chris!
Me and my boyfriend went in to buy a mattress and had a great experience with Ana, the store manager. She was great! She was super helpful and helped us come to a happy medium. Anna was amazing! We came to this location to see a bed that we had our heart set on. While there she told us it was an outlet store and went above and beyond to get our bed for the best possible price. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to when it came to talking about the differences in the beds. 3 days later we had the bed delivered. Thank you to Anna.
