Raunchy, filthy, smelly & trashed place. There is trash strewn about the property, a pool that looks like a swamp, 2' tall grass, broken AC units smashed to bits still connected to the rooms, foul mattresses stacked up next to the overflowing dumpsters & rooms with open doors & no occupants. If anyone is brave enough to stay here, make sure you're up to date on your tetanus shot & aren't afraid of ghosts because I'm almost certain this place is haunted. Do yourself a favor & close this establishment ASAP.
This is a warning, stay away from this place! Me and my family have stayed in some run down places but this place is a major s***t hole! I can't believe it's still in business. I booked this through Agoda and when we arrived, there were no cars and the property was so poorly maintained we thought it was abandoned. Roof shingles were damaged or missing, grass about 2 feet high, most rooms had no drapes, it looked like a scene out of a movie that ends very badly for anyone who ventures on the property. We drove towards the back of the property where the office is located and saw a couple of cars so thought ok maybe it's better back here. Yeah wishful thinking. As soon as I walked into the front desk area, the mildew smell was so strong I was expecting the person at the desk to have a third eye and it only got worse. After giving my name and reservation number he tells me we don't take any reservations what so ever. After some conversation back and forth this woman comes out and says she's the owner and confirms they don't take reservations nor did they receive anything from Agoda or except any type of online booking sites. Long story short after Agoda customer service spoke to the owner to confirm my story, they issued me a refund. There are so many places around I was able to book a different place. If you don't listen to my warning and show up here thinking how bad can it be...well don't say I didn't warn you.
Very bad place they don't make repairs they only want the money there is a swimming pool but it is closed an not open at all there is no HBO like the sign says and there is no Continetle breakfast staff is very rude you mentioned a item in the room doesn't work they just laugh at you all they want is the money the room I was in across from the pool the door locks didn't work and you should see how they repaired it with duck tape the water in the place is bad they are renting rooms out that has no running water at all the owner's tell them to knock on other people's door for a shower and to get water.to make coffee
Absolutely disgusting. We get there after booking online through a 3rd party.. they said they cancelled our reservations because they reached capacity. So glad they did.. That place is horrible and should be closed. Some lady and her two kids walked in and ran out. She said that room was disgusting and she got her money back. I don't want to give any stars. Awful!!!!
Alot of issues with the rooms. Poor insalation in the bathrooms. Trash is consistently around the parking lot. Flooding issues. And when you bring up a problem yo the front desk, they act like they don't understand you.
