I have been waiting for my 7:15 am appointment, which they ask you to be 29 minutes early for. It is now 7:55. Needless to say I am seriously unhappy with this place. I don't mind waiting a few minutes but this is ridiculous. They have no consideration at all for their patients time. They don't even give updates on what the delay is. They got too big and don't care anymore.
2. The audacity to post a sign stating that you're going to charge $20/page to fill out a patient's disability form!! Hello! The patient is not working and does not have an extra $20 or more to spare. This is adding insult to injury! Ludicrous!!!
In my current situation, I am utilizing medical transport since I'm in a rehab facility. I'm in a wheelchair. My pain meds wear off before I get to see a doctor. Then I'm manipulated & am in so much pain that that I feel like screaming!
I have had multiple appointments and surgeries with this office and I am very happy with my care. Doctors are great and staff is very friendly.
I've had a few experiences with Rothman. I haven't had any problems with the doctors, all of whom I have found to be professional. I have 2 issues that I feel should be addressed:
If you like people not having your info correct, sitting around for nearly 2 hours after your appointment and then having some one look at you for 2 mins then this place is great. I should have went to Voorhees where the options are much better in my opinion.
I am giving the RI 3 stars only because of the competence and helpful services of the office manager. Other than that I would give them a 1 star due to the scheduling which was inappropriate for my needs.
I really am feeling like a number here. If I need elective surgery, I will choose another orthopaedic group.
1. The wait time to see a doctor or assistant is out of control! I've seen people leave after waiting for 2-1/2 hours! That is just plain wrong. I'm a professional myself and MY time is valuable too!!! I can understand an emergency now & then, but don't leave me sitting here like an afterthought. Whoever does scheduling should be fired because the system DOES NOT work! Rude!!!
