Receptionists were very rude! This isn't good since the receptionist is the first impression of the facility. They need to review their customer service skills.
Called because I needed help and insurance doesn't kick in for few more weeks.
I truly don't think the person that answered the phone is trained to listen.
Staff were very nice. But when I voiced my concerns about my issue they were dismissed. When I called the next day because my concerns were still there, they were still dismissed with a less than pleasant manner. This place was no help
Everytime we go we receive great care. The staff rotates so we haven't had the same people each time but it's temporary card so I don't mind.
Do not go to her. I’m still trying to fix the nightmare she caused me. Not to mention she gets super inappropriate.
