I went in looking for something specific. The 2 employees that were in the electrical and lighting departments were very helpful. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for. Overall great experience and I learned something out if the trip.
Friendly staff here and the store is setup just like the other homedepots in the area making is very easy to find what you need. The outdoor section seemed kind of empty but maybe they were just getting ready for new inventory.
Would love to give a negative star if I could. Not one employee asked if we needed help. Tried to get help and the young man thought it was more important to talk on his phone and walk away. Multiple groups of employees were in conversations with each other and did not want to help. We had just come from Lowe's across the street to do comparison shopping on flooring. We were also looking at doors and interior paint colors. We have multiple home projects we are going to do and I can guarantee you that Lowe's will be getting our business. Lowe's has very helpful employees and they are very knowledgeable.
Purchased Lawn mower in May and within a month of use one of the wheels came off while mowing. Attempted to put wheel back on without success. Called the store they said bring it back in for an exchange. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was not sure I wanted the same type of mower and the manager suggested a different model and brand and I went with that suggestion. Thank you Home Depot staff!
Went and purchased mums and pumpkins with my son who is 4 years old.. The selection was not the greatest but the employees where extremely generous and helpful.
