Friendly and helpful staff. ALWAYS have had a great shopping experience here as well witnessing the staff give everyone else helpful, friendly service and advice. Also a great selection on hardware and prices are normally less than Home Depot and Lowes. It is the first place I go when I need hardware.
Very pricey but will almost certainly have what you need. The customer service is great and they can help you find what you need very quickly.
