Had a wonderful experience with Deb the sales woman but after that everything went wrong.I actually felt threatned in my own home when the delivery arrived which was three days later than promised because they didn't call when they said they would on Sunday. What a shame that I will never go there again to finish furnishing our house because there delivery people were so unprofessional. Paying over $4400.00 for a queen size bed you would think that there management would want to care for me as a customer and make sure that everything was handled properly, after all that is what I paid for. I helped my elderly neighbor who needed a bed and was waiting to see how I did with mine. I took her to Johnson's in Ocean City yesterday and already she is happy with her choice. When I am satisfied with good service, that I pay for, I say thank you, when I am dissatisfied I make sure everyone knows how bad I was treated.Needless to say I did not give the delivery people the $50.00 tip that I had sitting on counter for them.Can you give less than one star?

We have new construction with fresh paint. Upon delivery I suggested to the delivery crew to o take the feet off the couch & remove the door(would take 30 seconds). They insisted it wasn't necessary. After 15 minutes and the sleeper couch suspended in the stairwell. I insisted they pull back out and remove the door and feet. Which we did. The couch got through the door and down the steps in 20-30 seconds. However holes, gouges and scratches were left on the door, walls with permanent damage to the door frame. I stopped back in at R&F with photos and was told I would I would receive a call within 24 hours. Didn't get a call, so called and spoke to the customer service rep that I spoke to the night before. Got put on hold waited a few minutes and got disconnected. I called back again put on hold again for a few minutes. CS rep came back on and told me it is 48 hours and now since it is the weekend, and the "clock" won't start until Monday and that I should get a call by Wednesday. BAD experience with no reconciliation.
