They are saying its our fault and tried not to give us any explanation staff lies and doesn't assembly as they should.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Recently purchased a bed set , 8 days ONLY and we find BEDBUGS IN THE HEADBOARD never had this problem before .
They came to my house trying to take my couch that I bought from Bobs furinuture!!! But I was the wrong house. The house they were looking for was down the street. Stop sending your goons!!!
We made them come out to get furniture after we taunted them because theydo not return calls.
The best, great furniture everything just perfect, good service and nice people, I love it .
Horrible customer service - the rep who helped me was miserable and acted like he was doing me a favor. They were supposed to return a phone call the same day and didn't hear back for 3 days until I called to follow up. I will not be renting from them
Everybody that helped us was EXCELLENT from the time we first walked in, until we walked out! Luis the manager got us approved the sameday and within 2 hrs told us to come back and pick up our items... They even threw in a new gadget. I highly recommend Aarons in EHT!!!
