What a great experience we had purchasing our motorized recliner love seat and manual recliner sofa. Jericho, our sales rep was patient until & with the final decision we arrived at. Also, Linda, the manager was very helpful in finalizing our deal. We would recommend this La-Z-Boy location to all of our friends!
Sales girl , Debbie Lanzaotti was amazingly patient and knowlegeable. Explained details for all warranty information as well as product. She also made us feel very comfortable and that we could price out as many options as necessary until we made our selection based on budget and style
Staff was very helpful especially Amy. They don't "stalk" you around the store like other furniture store associates that work for commission. Nice atmosphere and the associates know the information they’re putting out. Overall I had a great experience, the only negative thing is the lack of service within the store when trying to compare other options from the website. Maybe offer in-store wifi to help that aspect but that doesn't take away from the 5 star rating.
Great experience, Debbie was very knowledgeable in all the products and styles available to suit our needs. With so many options, she made it a breeze. All the furniture in the store was quality made and most of all comfortable. We'll be sending friends and family to LA Z BOY for future furniture shopping!!
Wonderful shopping experience. Staff was extremely helpful and not the least bit pushy. They worked together to find a recliner that fit our needs. We ended up at Lazyboy after leaving another store in which the salesperson knew very little. The staff at Lazyboy were wonderful and we will definitely make additional purchases again.
