Great place to store. Nice family owned business - Always clean, and the staff knows my name when I walk in the door! Only place that I found with a free truck to help move my stuff! Would definitely recommend.
We just rented here. Very clean and safe. (security manager lives on the property) They even gave us a truck to use for free to move in! Jerry in the office was great and gave us a great deal. The units have extra high ceilings, and Jim even put pallets down on the floor of the unit for us to keep our mattress off the ground. The free customer office area was also a big plus for us while we move.I would recommend to anyone who needs storage!
Great facility and staff! Very clean and well maintained - Staff in the office is the best! Free coffee and donuts in the customer office area. There are guys out on the golf carts to give you a hand if you need it. Nice local family business. I have sent friends and family and they all agree that this is the best place around!
Had a red lock locking me out even though I was paid in full through October. Somehow I owed the place $20 and that's why I had been locked out. Storage unit I have is okay but I noticed ways insects could get in which apparently a normal thing. They could be built better. The real kicker however was one of the workers called me ignorant and rude because I walked away from him because I had nothing to say to him when I was upset about the set up of the place. He continually egged me on as I walked to my car. Not sure if management followed through with any repercussion or what. My first month here and I'm already leaving. Save your money for a different storage facility.
Rented here for a couple of months while my Father moved back from Florida. Clean, convenient, and staffed with really nice people. I would say it is a really good place to spend your dollars if you need to store your stuff for any length of time
