Quiet location plenty of shade trees
It seems in appearance to be a nice place but, I was severely abused by my ex-husband and had to get one Protection Order after another against this man unit 12 and I am pretty sure his criminal record of assault and violating the Order would show up on a background check. Now, that piece of trash is coming back to Philadelphia harassing my terminally ill mother. It makes you think "would you want this individual living in your community...don't be mislead by his alleged handicap. He is a criminal, wife beater and a thief. I will put the word out everywhere. My conception is that this manager is a female. Really miss domestic abuse is acceptable to the folks that own Tower homes.
