Avoid renting from Richard J Shaffer. He will not hesitate to charge you for everything and anything. We live in one of his rental property for 4 year and it was always a hassle to deal with him. avoid if possible.
This place is a rip off. Richard Shaffer runs this place and has taken money from our account for two (2) months after our contract ended with Resorts. He refuses to give our funds back until we prove to him that our bank didn't refund us. We are now taking legal action against him and Resorts LTD. ***Please beware***
