This company was great! The sales and office team were very nice and made the stress of moving a bit easier. The crew consisted of 3 guys who arrived on time and had the move finished within the estimated time. The guys took nice care of our belongings and everything arrived undamaged. My wife and I were extremely pleased!
No respect for our stuff or our time. Almost every other box I opened find something broken or squished.
Who doesn’t want to be relocated nicely? I guess no one. For me, I prefer smooth and awesome services, and that is why I will opt for Atlantic Coast Movers when moving. It is the same team that settled me in Etobicoke. The services they offered me were pleasurable and a repeat of the same would be my joy
My husband and I did not have time to eat. Or put away the last of important stuff.
If you ever had to use them. On your term or through military cause you don't have a choice, better watch them every step of the way. And put a big note for what to put and where.
And I have many boxes full of books and I asked them pacifically to put these on the bottom and they did not do so. But to put them on top my vanity without any protection. Now my vanity is crashed, my purse is destroyed. Stuff they put in boxes are mass.
Atlantic Coast Moving & Storage did a great job helping me plan and complete my mom's move. The office staff, especially Chelsea, were fantastic to work with. The moving team was excellent. They were reliable, efficient, and nice to be around. I would definitely use them again.
When they showed up, they are not just showed up two hours before they were supposed to, it was 7:00 in the morning. No call ahead nor any kind of notifications.
During their packing. They had put my soft stuff on the bottom of the box such as my purse and my husband traveling case. On top of them is my another case full of books. Anyone with a common sense would know what to put on top.
