I've been going to Dr. Nachtigall for over 10 years.. Now he moved to this place and I've been calling and calling and even faxed my insurance card and no call back. So I called again and now they are telling me they have no records of my medical files and I have to come in and bring everything in. This is crazy . Awful practice stay away. Now I'm looking for a new family doctor....
