Excellent establishment for children
I had many bad experiences about Kids Care Pediatrics (change to Reliance Pediatrics this 2 years) in this office. The latest one is I signed the forms of release patient record for my kids over a month and half ago (early August, 2016) because of my bad experience between them. My new Pediatrics need them for doing health checkup of my kids this year. I just discovered Kids Care Pediatrics didn't send them to my new Pediatrics office today (September 28, 2016). By Laws, she needs to send the records which forms signed to be released by a month. Any suggestion about if the old Pediatrics didn't do it? I called Kids Care (Reliance) Pediatrics about this issue today, there is no one answered the phone. The machine asked me to leave a message. I hope someone will call me back. It's very frustrated.
