I rented a car at the airport and the process was painless. The car seat that I requested probably needs to be updated, it seemed like a very old version but the convenience of providing it was appreciated. The car had a maintenance light on but I was told that it just came from Firestone. That probably should've been cleared out prior to rental but I didn't have any problems with the vehicle at all. The car was clean. The tank was empty but I was accommodated for that. I just wish I didn't put some much gas in it because I had plenty left over by the time I dropped the car back off lol Overall my rental experience was ok.
Have used Enterprise in several states and associates are always Curtious and helpful.
I understand that when you rent a car that mostly the times of pick up and drop off change a little. I have rented many cars from different companies and if you bring a car back 2 hours early, you get a refund. This is the first time ever, I did not. My email receipt says car returned at 12:00pm and the time on the email is 10:12am how is this possible?
Rented two vehicles in the past month. Had excellent service at the Atlantic City airport. Received complimentary upgrade both times at no extra charge. Not necessary but greatly appreciated. THANKS!
I drive with hand controls so I need to book an outfitted vehicle with this equipment installed. Unfortunately, even though I booked my vehicle well in advance for pick-up at ACY, my car was not ready. This is due to lack of appropriate equipment, trained personnel, or both. Mark, the manager, was very kind and supportive, drove me to my destination. The compensation was great but I still like to have my car when I need it. He agreed, his boss agreed, and his boss's boss agreed that there is no excuse for it. I will still continue to rent with Enterprise because it is a good company but this service needs to improve system-wide.
Vehicles are always in perfect condition and very clean.
