Couldn't get past the receptionist to make an appointment.
I was looking for a place in EHT to do my hair as my usual hairdresser moved and saw that this salon had good reviews on yelp and one other site I can't remember right now. Then I saw this reviews on google that were all one star but were left in 2010, so I went because those are old reviews and out of other salons this one that had best reviews on yelp. Anyways, I went and first of all people were very nice, and the lady that took care of me, her name is Debi, gave me one of the best haircuts I had ever had in my life. Came out very chic. I just blew dried it and it lays so nicely. I look like a hip editor of a fashion magazine. And it was only $27. I had haircuts in salons for up to $60 and they don't even come close to this one. I am a person that doesn't have a lot of patience to strengthen and I have no idea how to blow dry my hair in a cool way. So I needed something that would look good with out all that work. As the hair cut came out to be cheaper than I expected I decided to do highlights too. And they came out so cute! Also Debi was suppose to leave earlier, but she staid two more hours to give me the highlights. I am definitely coming in again.
Bait and switch!! Was told blow dry included with color then told another 25.00. Terrible customer service. Find another salon!!!
I have two graduations coming up and I was feeling pretty drab. I told Debi to do her magic and make me look good for these events! I left feeling so much better about myself and the compliments came pouring in! She always knows what to do to make me look my best!
Love the Salon.Very Professional and a relaxed atmosphere. You can feel the friendship amongst the girls and I love that they stay on time and your appointment is all about you ♥
